Janus Bed and Breakfast is a spacious apartment, recently renovated, divided into two main areas.
The first area includes two standard rooms:
Minerva Room
Minerva is a very bright, spacious and modern room. With two single beds, two windows, a desk with two chairs, a wardrobe with a vertical mirror, hangers on sight.
Venere Room
Venere is a classic room with antique furniture. It is large and bright. Designed for a couple, it is equipped with a double bed, a desk with two chairs, a wardrobe, mirrors and hangers on sight.
These two rooms share the same bathroom. The living room and kitchen are shared with the hosts as well, who will set the tables and provide everything you need for a leisurely breakfast. With buffet service, as befits any traditional bed and breakfast.
The second area of our apartment consists of a different solution from the previous ones, designed to offer our guests more privacy and autonomy:
Saturno Suite
Saturno is an independent suite, a two-room solution. With everything that makes up a real mini-apartment. It includes a bedroom for two persons, a living room with kitchenette and a private bathroom. It is also equipped with a double sofa bed, refrigerator, dining table, desk, wardrobe, wall hair dryer and other accessories that make it unique and comfortable.
Here our guests are free to prepare breakfast on their own, as befits a self-contained bed and breakfast solution. A first supply of food for breakfast is included in the price. You can also use the private kitchen to cook lunch and dinner as you prefer. In this case, however, you need to go buy your own food, to complement what we supply as already included in the price.
General Rules
Upon arrival, we usually proceed with the check-in process. This consists in the registration of our guests. We also hand over the keys needed to access the room. In addition, we show all services available in our apartment. This is the right time to ask for more information or useful directions for your stay, we will be happy to help.
Reservations must be made with a notice of 24 hours or more. So that we can properly prepare the assigned room, to best accommodate our guests.
Arrival time for check-in is scheduled at 1 pm by default. It can be postponed during the afternoon or evening, by appointment, with an advance notice of at least 24 hours.
Being a real family-run B&B, we are not able to accept arrivals before 1:00 pm, as we have no reception or employees working for us.
The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure, following the check-out procedure.
Our lodging options are designed and realised as double rooms. However, the base price of our rooms has been set for single use, so as to provide a reasonably priced accommodation even to solo travelers. Each additional guest involves a supplement on the base price.
Our apartment is strictly no smoking area.
Dogs or other pets are not allowed, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
